Before the founding of Heiny Family Insurance in October of 2008, agency principal, Chris Heiny and his wife Katie, began their insurance career in Chris’ father’s agency in Lake Worth, Florida. Chris and Katie began working with the agency after graduating college in December of 2004, and they took on roles in both sales & customer service. During their tenure, the agency won many awards due to production levels, profit, and high levels of customer service.
In 2008, Chris & Katie decided to open their own agency in the Midwest. The Heiny Family Insurance Agency is located on the east side of Cincinnati. Since then, a number of accolades were accomplished by determination, hard work, knowledge of contracts, and putting the customer at the center of everything they do.
